This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit, technical data such as your IP address, requested page, time of access and browser information are processed to deliver and protect the website. Where the GDPR applies, this processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functioning website under Article 6(1)(f).
Fonts and images are hosted with the website. We do not embed social media widgets or load advertising and analytics trackers on this website. We do not use optional advertising or analytics cookies. Technical processing by the hosting infrastructure remains necessary to provide the site.
3. Enquiries through the contact form
The form collects your name, phone number, Instagram username, selected issue, appeal status for suspension cases, message and consent. You can optionally provide a Telegram handle and email address. Netlify Forms receives and stores submitted enquiries on our behalf. We use them to assess your case and respond to your request. Do not enter passwords, authentication codes or identity documents in this initial enquiry form.
Where the GDPR applies, responding to a request for services and preparing a contract is based on Article 6(1)(b). Where processing is based on your consent, Article 6(1)(a) applies; you may withdraw that consent for future processing by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Account access for commissioned work
Recovery work where no appeal has been submitted, verification services and shadowban removal require account access, including the password. The required access is agreed directly before work begins. This information is used to carry out the commissioned service, separately from the initial website enquiry. Do not submit account credentials through the website form.
